There is nothing on the printer to change the setting apart from print settings which we have changed and it makes no difference.


Is it the setting on excell itself? and if so how can you change it.

There is a Preview Print feature that works the best. The view shows where the paper and the image are aligned and if they fit together. If you like it, click Print. If not, go into PageSetup and click around through the options.
