I do have a printer with Model HP OfficeJet 4255 all-in-one...?

But my problem is ... it won't print.. having the error..

Clean cartridge jam, and then press OK.





I already change the ink Cartridge. Buty still it does'nt print at all. Having the same error..I do have a printer with Model HP OfficeJet 4255 all-in-one...?
make sure you took the seal off the cartridge before you put them in, if it dont work, make sure you got the right cartridges, if that isnt the problem, see if you can swap out the printer for a new one!
