3962A is the model number for a color cartridge for a HP LaserJet 2550 / 2800 series printer. All of the available maunal for these printers can be found at the following link.

Easy answer: go to HP.com and input our printer type. once you get there, go to manuals, it'll be in PDF. You can download it (save as...). It's really easy.
Go to HP Store. They have a support site for all printers. You may have to download it, if not available in print.
