Recently upgraded my DELL E310 computer RAM, all works much faster, but printer does not print. Driver downloaded from HP..DELL says not their problem, HP wants to sell me a new printer.My HP DeskJet 712C printer does not print..?
Sounds like your new computer is running on Vista. There is no full Vista print driver made for the 712C. The machine is too old for HP to develop a driver for your machine as there are very few still in use that haven't been replaced or broken by now. You can try the XP driver, it may work.
