times now and it still doesn't work. I need this printer for a test tomorrow so please help. I have turned it off at the plug, turned it off whith the power switch and also restarted my computer. It just keeps flashing a red exclamation mark and saying turn the power off and then on - any ideas???I have a HP J5780 all in one printer and it keeps saying turn the power off and then on, i have done this 10?
Try reinstalling the driver and then if that won't work maybe you downloaded a new program or something if so restore the computer back to before you installed the new program.
