My HP Laserjet 1020 printer print one extra page about status of page/document/file to be print.?

I have a HP Laserjet 1020 Printer. It's print an extra page about the status of page/document/file which is print by this prienter. How can i change setting to solve this problem. Please Help me.My HP Laserjet 1020 printer print one extra page about status of page/document/file to be print.?
open a document


then press Ctrl + p then click options





there u can check out the option '; print document properties ';
