Can anyone tell me why the printer at work is for ever not printing, the print job shows in the print queue but it wont print unless you turn of the computer. This is very frustrating indeed. We are not networked. It is a printer that does scanning and copies too.PRINTER PROBLEM... hp psc 1215?
The cause is either an improper driver or improper installation with USB cable. The troubleshooting instructions below will hopefully resolve the issue.
