I have installed recently the hp laserjet 3300 printer. After that I've installed the Adobe Acrobat 6.0 (full package) and Im trying to created pdf from documents that need to be scanned. When I try that I got this message ';Scan Failure. Unable to start a scan session. Device is busy.'; Any clue? By the way the scanner is on and ready...Hp Laserjet 3300 Printer Problem?

Uninstall the printer drivers and Acrobat also first you install the printer and then you install Acrobat this will solve the problem.
What operating system are you using? If it is Vista you need to get the twain driver from the www.hpstore.com.
