I have an HP Photosmart (C6100) Printer and there is a paper jam, I don't know how to open to clear it.?

1) Remove the paper from the paper tray. Pull whatever paper you can see from the front of the printer. Do not force-pull it if it's stuck.





2) At the back of the printer, there should be a door which is removable. Turn the printer around and you will see some signs on how to open the door. NOTE how to put the door back before you open it.





3) Open that door and you can see the remainder of the paper that is stuck. With this and the 1st step, you should be able to remove all the paper that is in the printer.





4) Replace that door at the back of the printer. Put back your paper tray and paper. Power off and on the printer again to let it cycle thru. You should be done...
