Try locating the normal.dot file on your hard-drive. You'll need to enable your search to include hidden system files and folders. You can either re-name it normal.old if your nervous about deleting it or just delete it. Word will rebuild this folder the next time you go into it either way. Type something into a document then try to print it and see if this works.HP deskjet D1460 printer...winword.exe error!..please help!....?
