Huh!

It seems ';The print jobs stuck in the Queue';. Lemme first tell u, why it happened and I will help u in resolving it.

Whenever u try to print some unformated document or a huge capacity size of the document, job might get stuck in to queue. The Queue is buffer and it can hole a limited amounted of memory. In order to avoid this in future, dont keep many Huge size jobs in buffer (Queue).

To resolve the issue, do the following.

Step 1: Unplug both USB and Power cable on ';both ends'; of the cable.

Step 2: Start --%26gt; Run. type in box ';services.msc';. This will open Services window. At the right side, u can find a list of items. Find the option ';print spooler';. Make right click on it, then left click on stop.

Step3: Shutdown ur computer. wait for a min and then restart it.

Step4: Now check the Queue. It must be cleared.

Step5: If not cleared, then place the Driver CD which came with the printer, into the computer. Goto my computer and make right click on ';HP'; CD drive (might be E:), then left click open.

Step 6: Goto the folder UTIL --%26gt; CCC--%26gt; L4 unistall. U will get a MS_DOS screen, where click the enter button.

Step 6, will help in removing the entire driver from ur computer. Once it is done, restart ur ocmputer, Then install the driver again. Make sure, the USB should not plugged into computer end from step1 to 6. And also during the reinstalltion.

Hopefullly, it will start working now. I fu still have any issues, email me asvanand@gmail.com. bye!
