i am havin a problem with my printer, i don't know why, but it just stopped workin all of a sudden, the printer cords are connected with the pc, but its still not workin, i can't print anything, but if i scan something, it scans, but can't print from the word processor.....Help!!!!:(

I guess, The software might have corrupted the best thing is to reinstall it if you have a software cd with you or call the hp customer care which if free of cost 8004746836 they will help you to fix it but make sure that the printer is under warrenty.....
