I have a HP 1315v all in one printer and we got a new computer thats windows vista is there a way you can get a disk to upgrade you software? If is so what is the website? Please help if you can!

Just go to the HP web site and get the latest driver. This is the link. Select your operating system and then download the Vista driver, and then load it.
