My HP F2280 series printer has a status of:';????? ??????';!?

OK so i just installed our new printer and i tried to print a sample page but on the machine a red light stops at





Attention!


*light* Color


*light* Black/Photo





and it won't print anything..


i checked out the status of the printer from the HP solution center thing and all it says is ';????? ?????';





SO WHAT DOES THAT STATUS MEAN?!


please please help! what's wrong...?My HP F2280 series printer has a status of:';????? ??????';!?
Check your printer manual. It will have error codes, and how o fix it.
